Meet Leslie B. Papel, Au.D.

Dr. Leslie Papel, Au.D. is a Doctor of Audiology. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Papel received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and her Master of Science degree from Boston University. After practicing audiology for over twenty years, Dr. Papel returned to the classroom to complete her doctoral studies in Audiology in 2004 through Salus University, Department of Audiology, formerly the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Dr. Papel is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the Maryland Academy of Audiology. She is the past president of the Maryland Academy of Audiology in 2011 and has served on as a Member-at-Large on the MAA Board. Dr. Papel is licensed by the state of Maryland, Board of Examiners in Audiology.

Dr. Papel was named the “Best Audiologist” in the Baltimore Magazine issue of TOP DOCS in both 2019 and in 2010.
